SGS are seeking an experienced and dynamic Client Services Manager to lead our Environmental Laboratory client operations and join the team in Alexandria. This is a critical leadership role responsible for managing high-value client relationships, driving service excellence, and overseeing a high-performing Client Services team. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership capability, industry knowledge, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experience.Responsibilities include, however are not limited to:Lead, mentor, and manage the Client Services team, including Customer Service Officers and Key Account Managers.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, with a focus on top-tier accounts.Collaborate closely with the Laboratory Manager and section heads to coordinate workload and resolve operational challenges.Oversee client reporting, invoicing, and credit note processing in partnership with the GBS team.Drive adoption and optimization of digital platforms including SLIM, E-DATA, SPM, EDGE, ENGAGE, and ESDAT.Champion continuous improvement, efficiency, and innovation across client service processes.Develop, monitor, and report on KPIs for the Client Services team.Contribute to strategic planning, business initiatives, and operational projects as part of the NSW management team.
