Be available to personally assist guests and respond promptly to their requirements in line with Sofitel Luxury service expectations.Ensure personalised, efficient, luxury service is provided to all guests.Embrace the service culture of Butler service.To provide warm, welcoming service without compromise to all guests.Work cohesively as a team member.Report to the supervisor at all times during the rostered shift and complete all duties assigned by the supervisors and team leaders.To initiate contact with hotel guests to offer individual services and to ensure guest satisfaction. ·Liaise with Chef/Kitchen brigade to ensure service times are adhered to.Ensure all Food & Beverage is served according to Club Millesime standards and exceeds the expectations of our guests.Ensure the presentation of Food & Beverage within Club Millesime is of a high, luxury service standard.Maintain product knowledge of all menus and wine lists in order to advise and make recommendations to guests.Ensure you have a good understanding of allergens and dietary requirements.Keep tables and service areas clean and tidy.Ensure all mis-en-place is completed prior to guests’ arriving.Carry out any additional duties as requested by the Club Millesime Manager and designated Club Millesime leaders.Be available to personally assist guests and respond promptly to their requirements in line with Sofitel Luxury service expectations.
