Commi Chef

Key responsibilities:

Assisting with food preparation for our restaurants, functions and hotel operations

Preparing ingredients and basic dishes to the required standard

Supporting the Chef team during busy service periods

Maintaining a clean, organised and hygienic kitchen

Following food safety and hygiene procedures

Assisting with stock preparation and kitchen organisation

Working as part of a team to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations
