Working across a dynamic operations across both the hotel and Pumphouse Bar and Restaurant you will be the heart of the kitchen brigade.What will you be doing:Assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes with precision, following recipes and maintaining portion control to create flavors that impress.Ensure the availability of mise-en-place as required by the kitchen team.Maintain excellent food hygiene practices throughout the entire food chain, from storage to preparation and service.Collaborate with senior chefs to learn new techniques and improve culinary skills.
