We work to provide relevant insights & structure across our diverse portfolio to power intelligent business decisions required to compete within today's highly complex multi-platform & fragmented media landscape.The Compliance Monitoring Analyst role is a full-time position in NBCUniversal's DLS Monitoring team. This role will support in the development of our Monitoring function, partnering with audit and business leaders to help verify and improve compliance with regulatory and policy requirements.The Compliance Monitoring Analyst will be responsible for defining, analyzing & documenting processes and procedures and identifying any operational or compliance gaps against requirements and controls.This role is highly collaborative, working across business and technology teams to support risk management and remediation as well as the development of multi-year strategic planning and roadmap alignment.This role requires working flexible hours to support business partners globally.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport development, socialization, and execution of the monitoring strategySupport review and documentation of the data landscape and business processes to enable identification of gaps with applicable external and internal requirementsSupport socialization of findings and remediation of identified risksMake recommendations regarding business process changes based on experience, analysis, and best practicesSupport development of audits to ensure adequate coverage of risksSupport design and execution of appropriate audit procedures to verify the effectiveness of internal controlsPrepare clear, organized, and complete documentation to support work performedEstablish and maintain good client and team relations during engagementsEffectively partner with internal auditDocument project risks and issues; providing solutions where applicableTake ownership in facilitating and documenting collaborative working sessions with business and technical stakeholders and conducting follow-ups, as neededProvide and apply methods and tools to drive effectiveness, efficiencies, and agilityLiaise with external 3rd party consultants and technology teams as neededAssess scope and new enhancement requests, always with a view on the ROI for the businessManage program metrics and reportingAd-hoc activities, as required
