As a Conference & Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing events from initial inquiry to post-event follow-up. Your key responsibilities include:Building and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure seamless event execution.Preparing and distributing banquet event orders, ensuring all operational teams are aligned.Hosting site inspections and liaising with clients and suppliers.Managing event billing, invoicing, and financial reporting with accuracy.Upselling additional services and enhancing the client experience.Working closely with internal teams, including Food & Beverage, Sales, Reservations, and Finance, to deliver outstanding service.Ensuring compliance with company standards, health & safety policies, and Accor’s Planet 21 initiatives.
