Consumer Agent (Consumer Services)

Our Consumer Agent role sits within the Experian Credit Bureau, it plays a key role to supporting our Consumer’s and Client’s Nationally over the phone and via email.We are looking for a motivated individual, who is a self- starter, loves a fast-paced environment and can build great stakeholder relationships internally and externally.Providing industry knowledge to our consumers and clients; both legislative and regulatory, along with delivering exceptional service as the face of our brand over the phone within the Experian Credit Bureau.If you have a background in the Customer Service Industry either face to face or over the phone, are interested in expanding your Customer Experience skill set, build on your Stakeholder Relationships skills, and are looking to get your foot in the door of a global company, then this is the perfect role for you!
