We currently have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Customer Service Executive to join our hardworking Customer Service team. Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, your primary focus is to provide exceptional customer service to our internal and external conference customers, with an emphasis on timely, accurate and professional delivery.This full-time role manages multiple competing priorities on a daily basis which means you will be a fast learner, agile, highly organised and have the ability to work effectively as part of a team to achieve individual, team and departmental objectives. Working hours are between 8.30am to 5.30pm (either 8.30-5.00 or 9.00-5.30).
