Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Rep in Stratham, New Hampshire. As a part of our team, your primary function will be to manage customer service inquiries and maintain customer records in an organized manner. Your work will entail resolving customer complaints, coordinating with clinics, and maintaining a clinic network database. Responsibilities: Manage incoming customer calls and service inquiries in an efficient manner Update and maintain accurate customer account information Identify, analyze, and resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively Coordinate with new clinics to establish protocols for better service delivery Maintain and update the Clinic Network Database regularly Build sustainable relationships with customer accounts through open and interactive communication Provide accurate, valid and complete information to customers by using the right methods/tools Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure a consistent level of service Deliver outstanding customer service to engage and assist customers Handle adjustments and follow-up to ensure problem resolution. Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, including Microsoft Excel. Experience with customer account management. Strong interactive and communication skills to effectively assist customers. Knowledge of procedures, policies, and regulations for customer service. Familiarity with handling inbound and outbound calls. Proven ability to handle customer complaints and make necessary adjustments. Understanding of database management. Experience with clinical trial operations and clinics is a plus. Familiarity with AB Testing methods. Knowledge of sustainable customer service protocols. Experience in ensuring regulatory compliance in customer service. Familiarity with the 'About Time' system is a bonus.
