Job Description

As a Demand/Replenishment Planner (Demand Planning chapter member), you’ll play a key part in our customer goals and missions; ensure the maximum potential and availability of product lines to meet our customer demand. Working with the wider Planning, merchandise teams and using your toolkit of analysis and forecasting abilities, you’ll manage the inventory unit forecasting, orders, demand and stock levels to prioritise the product needs, frequency and replenishment requirements, from suppliers up to when it arrives in store. It’s all about the right product at the right time, in the right quantity, enhancing our customer and shopper experience!

Your strong analytical skills, ability to look at data and understand the trends, your insights will be empowering the decision making, creating actions and maximising opportunities for sales and availability for our customers.

Qualifications

You’ll be passionate about and love retail as much as we do! Your knowledge of inventory, replenishment and demand forecasting to achieve maximum potential for our store shelves, both physically & virtually. Collaborating with a wide range of people across the country (and world), you have excellent stakeholder management & communication skills to connect effectively and drive results.

  • Proven replenishment and demand forecasting experience
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills to translate analysis into commercial decisions
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Decisiveness in a fast-moving environment
