As a Job Coach, you will play a crucial role in guiding and supporting individuals to achieve their employment goals, helping them overcome challenges and secure sustainable careers.This is an on-site position.Provide one-on-one coaching and support to clients, helping them identify their strengths, skills, and career aspirationsDevelop and implement personalized job search strategies and action plans for clientsAssist clients in creating effective resumes, cover letters, and online professional profilesConduct mock interviews and provide constructive feedback to improve clients' interview skillsBuild and maintain relationships with local employers to source job opportunitiesOrganize and facilitate job readiness workshops and training sessionsMonitor client progress and adjust coaching strategies as neededMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and outcomesCollaborate with team members and other departments to ensure comprehensive support for clientsStay informed about local job market trends and employment opportunities
