Our team manages a number of market-leading digital solutions and we are continuously broadening access opportunities and features for customers at the times in their lives when they need us most.This position provides business analysis expertise to continuously enhance and support TAL’s digital services for Partners and Customers throughout the Claims lifecycle, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and increasing operational efficiency by streamlining claims handling and accelerating decision-making.In this role you will:Identify and drive improvements in business processes to enhance customer experience, boost digital adoption, and reduce operating costs.Collaborate with business and design teams to define and document UX/UI and functional requirements, translating them into user stories for engineering and QA.Use data insights to recommend product enhancements and close gaps in analytics.Map current and future state processes to align teams and stakeholders.Conduct data analysis and contribute to data design and classification.Design and execute test cases, support regression testing, and verify production changes.Create clear documentation and deliver presentations to support product adoption.Support backlog prioritisation and refinement to ensure smooth delivery flow.Facilitate workshops and act as a subject matter expert on product-related issues.
