This role is perfect for a brand-builder with a proven track record of driving innovative, insight-led marketing campaigns that capture hearts and drive business results.You’ll oversee brand strategy, global campaigns, digital and social storytelling, partnerships, and consumer engagement—all while collaborating with a world-class cross-functional team of designers, product developers, and marketers who live and breathe the magic of childhood.What Your Impact Will Be: Own the strategic development and create a roadmap of global brand-building activities across Kid and Shopper audiencesLead the day-to-day execution of brand strategies of the Fisher-Price business, managing across cross-functional and global teamsDevelop overarching Brand strategies for future global strategic visioning (BDO) through market analysis and stakeholder inputCreate and execute go-to-market campaigns while meeting financial targets and key milestones, in coordination with product development timelines and audience insightsPartner with Global Business and Consumer Insights teams to build data-driven campaign and activation strategies that convert audience data into actionable strategiesLead the team in building pre-launch plans and post-launch reporting, analyzing key KPIs across platforms and assisting stakeholders in understanding key levers to drive resultsDrive global growth by collaborating with key subsidiaries to incorporate global market needs and feedback into the brand development, gain global team buy-in to brand strategies across key milestones, and share global “best practices” across teamsLead management of cross-functional teams, offering strategic insights and direction while partnering on Brand activations and Franchise executions by combining key knowledge and brand strategy expertiseLeverage commercial excellence to set clear objectives across the entire marketing funnel, from broad-reaching awareness initiatives to conversion-driving campaigns.Strategically develop complex brand and activation strategies for new segment launches and accelerated growth of evergreen segmentsOversee management of entirety of the brand budget, assessing ROI against key performance metrics and determining cost-reduction savings to drive maximum budget impactBuild strong connections with leaders from various departments, including Product, Franchise and Commercial teams, to create integrated marketing campaigns that leverage Mattel’s global presenceOwn external relationships and partnership conversations with cultural consultants, agencies, non-profit organizations and talentFoster a collaborative, creative, and continuously improving environment within the brand marketing team, and represent the team in high-level meetings to convey their strategies, achievements, and resource needsManage and develop a team of high-performing direct reports
