Role Purpose:The Director, SAP S/4 Risk & Compliance Lead is a critical role for NBCUniversal's SAP S/4 HANA implementation, Project Keystone.This position will work with colleagues across the global NBCU Finance and Technology organizations, playing an active role in our finance digital transformation from design to deployment.The role of the SAP S/4 Risk & Compliance Lead is responsible for supporting our transformation office by providing compliance guidance around the future state design and functional processes.You will be required to demonstrate a strong knowledge of standard SAP finance concepts, knowledge of Sarbanes Oxley, and experience implementing a controls framework.This role will work closely with solution integrators (SIs) to gain a deep understanding of suggested SAP best practices and evaluate in partnership with the controllership GPOs where we can mitigate risks.You will help GPOs design processes that are risk compliant by GRC access controls and monitor segregation of duties.Responsibilities:Provide strategic thinking based on subject matter expertise (SME) for next generation ERP Finance Solutions data design and migration.Participate in Global Design workshops and interface with functional workstreams (RTR, STP, OTC), the S/4 leadership team, System Integrators (SI) and more to capture & analyse business processes, workflows, policies, master data elements, and functionality identifying risk mitigation opportunities. Implementing roadmap for operational controls during roll outs.Eloquently translate finance functional requirements to technical teams for developmentDevelop sustainable low maintenance solutions for system controls.Build stakeholder consensus and ensure everyone is on the same page, in agreement, and can understand the solution being proposed.Be a change agent for the SAP S/4 transformation.
