As a part of the broader Australian Steel Products portfolio, we have six major manufacturing sites at Port Kembla that deliver a variety of products, innovative solutions and services to our export and domestic customers.The Coupled Pickled Cold Mill is a highly automated processing line that uses a blend of old and new technology. The CPCM is toward the end of the steel-making process with the primary purpose of strip thickness reduction in preparation for the downstream steel coating processes. In this business-critical role, you will coordinate and execute routine maintenance work and attend to plant electrical challenges, while also coordinating trade personnel and contractors to deliver a cost-effective, quality-focused and flexible maintenance function to the Springhill CPCM Mill/Exit Maintenance department.What Will You Do?As the electrical maintenance coordinator, you will:supervise the day-to-day management of plant maintenance activities, including planning, organising, execution and review of maintenancecoordinate and provide technical support to the maintenance resources within the sectioncoach, mentor and develop maintenance personnel in manufacturing excellence principles and process, particularly around root cause and problem analysis and the development and execution of corrective actionsparticipate in cost reduction and capital upgrade projectsrespond to the day-to-day electrical availability and reliability issuesMore About You As an experienced electrical maintenance coordinator, you will have sound leadership experience, work effectively in cross-functional groups, and thrive in a team environment.
