EPCM Project Manager - This role is not office based and will require regular regional travel to project site locations in Lansdale, PA and throughout NY, NJ, MD, and PA, with limited travel within the US.Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis, and reside in the US. Together, we lead and leave a positive impact on societies, companies and people around the world.You will join our Environmental & Health departmentAs our new Project Manager, you will be part of team that coordinates and manages all aspects of the project life cycle.Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:Participates in project scope development, estimating, proposal preparation, and client presentationsReviews assigned project(s) to define project scope, establish work procedures/sequences, and develop schedules, budgets, staffing requirements, vendor lists, and progress billing pointsManage a project team to ensure project safety, scope, schedule, and budgets are being tracked and implemented per Ramboll and client standardsInteract with Client to proactively resolve issues and at project’s completion to obtain final Client approvalsMaintains a continuing business relationship with all Clients as part of ongoing business development effortsAs needed manages design schedules and compliance of design efforts with established budgets, plans, specifications and Company standards of workmanship, quality and performance and with the terms and conditions of the contractRoutinely conducts field inspection of work in progressReviews and analyze the cost and cost control progress, financial and other site-generated data to evaluate job status and progressCoordinates and monitor subcontractors work activitiesResponsible for safe execution of the construction projects.Travel may be required as needed to support project tasks or programsYour starting point for constant growthFrom the moment you join Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you grow with the company.
