Key Responsibilities:Supervise a team responsible for maintaining and ensuring the proper functioning of all gaming equipment, including critical game show components such as Dream Wheeler, Craps tables, Megaball and Sic Bo setups.Oversee and delegate routine maintenance tasks, such as:Wheel rotation and leveling to ensure compliance with operational standards.Adjustment and alignment of mechanical components for optimal gameplay.Preventive maintenance on relevant equipmentLead the team in conducting regular inspections and diagnostics to identify and resolve potential issues before they impact operations.Ensure that all gaming equipment meets company standards and adheres to gaming compliance requirements as outlined by regulatory entities.Supervise troubleshooting efforts and coordinate the resolution of equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime.Maintain and oversee maintenance records, including wheel maintenance logs, part replacements, and incident logs.Collaborate with third-party vendors and suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of equipment, spare parts, and technical support.Provide training, guidance, and support to team members on the correct use, handling, and maintenance of gaming equipment, ensuring tasks are performed effectively and safely.Monitor the team’s adherence to health, safety, and compliance protocols during maintenance or repair activities.Conduct audits to ensure that all gaming equipment and processes meet the compliance requirements of British Columbia and other relevant jurisdictions.Identify opportunities for equipment upgrades, process improvements, or replacements and present recommendations to management.
