The dedication of all our employees together with a supportive & friendly culture, makes for a great working environment and is also why we see our Front Line & Corporate employees return to work at Catholic Healthcare.Your diligent approach, well developed interpersonal skills and ability to confidently communicate and lead in a professional & personable manor will aid your success in this integral position.As a member of a highly productive broader HR team, your days will include;High level diary management & meeting scheduling - MS OutlookProviding leadership, coaching, & support to the Receptionists Team Processing of purchase orders, invoices, & expense reconciliation - BaswareProducing meeting agendas, minutes, & follow up items as requiredAssisting with the production of letters, memos, & presentations, as requiredCoordination & organisation of Internal Communications & ConferencesOrganisation of all HR documentation within Microsoft Sharepoint Coordinate and manage HR/Office Management related projectsTravel & accommodation coordination support for Human Resources team membersThe ideal applicant will have exceptional attention to detail, a proactive “hands on” approach and a willingness to assist where needed, in addition to;  Tertiary qualifications within Business Administration - preferredSignificant demonstrated recent experience within a similar role supporting at Executive levelCompetent in using computer systems & MS Office suite, with Advanced skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Sharepoint preferred       Experience with Basware – Advantage   Previous experience working within a Human Resources team - desirableAbility to manage a busy workload & associated competing priorities in a calm & professional mannerAbility to maintain confidentiality and use discretion - EssentialMust be able to provide evidence for Covid19 ImmunisationsCatholic Healthcare is a leading not-for-profit provider of residential aged care, home and community services, retirement living and healthcare across NSW and SE QLD.
