Executive State Director

What You Get To Do:The State Director is responsible for the overall administration and growth of services in New Jersey.  New Jersey Dungarvin has approximately 300 employees who provide services to 140 persons at 20+ residential and day program locations with annual revenue $20 million plus.In this role, the State Director is responsible for:Setting strategic operationsManaging marketing and fiscal directionExpansion of existing services and development of new lines of businessEvaluation of programs and servicesAssuring compliance with all applicable rules, standards, and laws.Serve as the primary representative of Dungarvin and a liaison between senior administrative staff and funding and oversight authorities.Additionally, the State Director is responsible for nurturing and developing relationships with potential and existing business partners including local, state, and Federal legislative and department representatives, advocacy groups, trade associations, and other stakeholders as warranted.
