Experienced Barista Needed

DWNTWN GROCER + CAFE is seeking an enthusiastic, skilled barista to join our neighborhood coffee shop!

Position Details:

Part-time or Full-time position available

Competitive wages starting at $15/hour plus tips - hourly rate negotiable dependent on experience

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve espresso drinks, coffee, and specialty beverages

Operate espresso machine and other coffee equipment

Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge

Maintain clean and organized workspace

Handle cash register and process transactions

Assist with food preparation and pastry service

Restock supplies and inventory

Requirements:

Previous barista or coffee shop experience preferred

Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and espresso drinks

Excellent customer service skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail

Availability for early morning shifts and weekends
