Description We are on the lookout for a Financial Project Manager to join our team in the Seacoast of New Hampshire. As a Financial Project Manager, you will take the lead in overseeing finance and HR business processes, including the management of system implementations, enhancements, and integrations. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Develop real-time headcount reporting methods to assist in staffing decisions. Lead system implementations, enhancements, and integrations to improve business efficiency. Utilize Accounting Software Systems, including Dayforce, Coupa, and Dynamics, to manage financial data. Oversee Budget Processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial planning. Handle hiring metrics to track recruitment success and areas for improvement.Requirements Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is a must for effective management of financial data. Should possess comprehensive knowledge of Business Systems to ensure smooth operation of financial projects. Understanding of Budget Processes is essential to maintain control over project finances.
