Job Description
Facility Management & Operation
- 100 RP & 55 RP Office
- Building facility issue > contact building management office
- Building maintenance contact to various vendors
- Overnight Parking & parking
Administrative Services
- Vendor AP thru Openplace system
- Contact vendor for credit, AP claim, refund, etc.
- Contact various vendors
- Improving current process/vendor
- Mail, FEDEX
Supplies Procurement – Inventory check/supplies order & return
- Office supplies
- Kitchen Supplies
Employee Services
- Better communication to employees on process/procedures
- New hire set up (name tag, drawer key, badge, etc.)
- Exit procedure (collect the badge, keys, etc.)
Workplace Operation
- Environmental Health & safety regulations and concerns and improvements
- Assist organization/priority list
- Oversee porter svc on behalf of general affair
Building Security Management
- Oversee security guard svc on behalf of general affair
- Access badge management for employee/contractor/visitor
Qualifications
Qualifications
- 1+ years of office operations and administrative work experience
- Bachelor’s Degree required in related field
- Bilingual Korean/English preferred
- Excellent computer skills (including high proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Great attention to detail and skilled in taking initiatives
- Ability to exhibit a high level of confidentiality
