Your ideas and professional contributions will be key to our success. The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:Assist the Superintendent and Project Manager with the overall plan for construction of the project.Assist with the project cost control process.Assist with the procurement phase.Assist with the project punch list and close out process.Assist in the development of cost estimates of assigned projects.Assist with preparing the job start-up and close-out checklists.Assist with resolving field initiates questions.Prepares or directs the preparation of project studies, reports, etc.Obtain contract schedule of values for approval by the Project Manager
