Group Business Manager

Job Description

• Deliver against group revenue targets – split across Optimum, BVOD, programmatic and integration
• Provide Sales leadership and direction to the team
• Represent the Nine Digital brand within the market, having a strong and reputable market presence with existing digital client and agency relationships
• Clear understanding of all of Nine’s wider products spanning Broadcast, Publishing and Radio
• Develop and execute on a team revenue plan (quarterly and annual)
• Proactively identify and pursue short-term tactical and long-term new business opportunities for generating revenue
• Provide accurate team revenue forecasting across programmatic and handheld streams
• Other duties as reasonably required

• Provide leadership and direction to the team

• Ensure and encourage a free flow of information across departments
• Coach and develop staff

Qualifications

• Possess strong commercial acumen
• Negotiating and influencing skills
• Experience leading a team
• Strong communication and exceptional presentation skills
• Proven experience in building and maintaining strong relationships internally and externally
• Digital Media Skills 5+ Years
• Ability to work in a faced past environment and adapt and be flexible to change, leading your team through change
• Programmatic Media skills

• Understanding of the Data Landscape
• Exposure to Broadcast and / or Digital Media
