The role encompasses the following duties:Oversee day-to-day business and operations strategy across NBC News podcast portfolioDeliver award-winning, IP-generating content that highlights the journalism of the NBC News GroupWork in close coordination with internal and external partners to effectuate continued strategic growth and success of podcast portfolioManage & coordinate slate of original podcasts across News GroupWork with internal business development and marketing teams to evolve and implement growth strategies across portfolioLiaise regularly with News Group brand leaders to ensure consistent communication & outputManage relationships with external partners and serve as primary editorial liaisonManage core staff & shared resources central to audio production across brandsServe as brand leader & executive producer for NBC News Studios original podcastsOversee development of original NBC News Studios podcastsSupervise creation and implementation of production budgets and schedulesLiaise with external partners in efforts to strategically identify coproduction opportunitiesServe as internal & external representative of NBC News Studios podcasts
