This job is for a creative with a talent for solving both routine and unique problems. You will be supporting local and field users, in this a highly visible role that has a positive impact on both the department and the company. This Help Desk Analyst role is based in the Merrimack, New Hampshire area and is a long-term contract / temporary to hire opportunity.Responsibilities- Reply and follow up on technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, and walk-ups- Pinpoint recurring technical issues and present solutions to address the root of the problems- Offer IT support for operating systems, productivity software, and a variety of other applications used internally- Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues Requirements - IT support ticketing system experience desired- Demonstrated excellence in installing and configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business applications- Demonstrated knowledge of user administration and bug fixing in a client server environment- Firm grasp of basic networking concepts- Critical thinking, problem solving, ability to work independently- Adeptness in Customer Satisfaction- Active Directory experience highly preferred- Command of Microsoft Technologies- General familiarity with Service Level Agreements- Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office 365- Strong familiarity with customer service- Demonstrated knowledge of Service Level Agreements- Ticketing System experience- Foundational knowledge in Ticketing System- Servicenow Application experience Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
