Hotel Service Attendant

Oaks Queenstown Shores Resort are looking for a full-time Hotel Service Attendant to join their talented and passionate culinary team.Key Responsibilities Include:Deliver exceptional service by assisting guests with dining, beverages, and gaming experiences.Coordinate and support hotel staff, including porters, to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.Assist guests with luggage, bookings, and travel arrangements while ensuring a welcoming experience.Maintain cleanliness and order in service areas, clearing tables and resetting spaces efficiently.Explain and enforce safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.Build positive guest relationships by responding to requests and providing helpful local knowledge.

Expected minimum hours: 30 hours per weekLocation: 327/343 Frankton Road, Queenstown 9300, New ZealandHourly range: $26.50-$28.50NZD per hour. (excluding contributions to KiwiSaver).
