HR Business Partner

Reporting into the Head of HR – Supply Chain and Sourcing and based at our largest distribution site in Wiri, you’ll play a key role as a trusted advisor delivering commercially sound and practical HR guidance across a broad range of areas - including employment relations, performance management, remuneration, absence management, and employee engagement. Drawing on your toolkit of skills and experience you will: Build strong relationships with your stakeholders and provide hands-on practical support across the full spectrum of HR mattersIdentify opportunities for improvement and, using data-driven insights, design and deliver strategic people initiatives that shift the dial on engagement, culture, and performanceNavigate and resolve complex employee relations issues, working collaboratively and confidently in a unionised environment Partner with leaders to deliver strategies that enhance organisational performance and grow the capability of their teams
