You will work with a very supportive, large Advisory / Ranga Pūmanawa Tangata team who provide a professional partnership with academic faculties and service divisions to enable the University to deliver on its people and culture priorities.We are family-friendly and encourage a balance of on campus and remote working.  You will also be supported by a wider team of specialist HR colleagues.Reporting to the Associate Director Advisory, you will provide operational and strategic HR Leadership to your portfolio, supported by an HR Adviser.With a collaborative and engaging working style, you will develop partnerships based on trust and integrity and your success will be measured through your ability to coach and influence senior stakeholders on people practices.Position Description
