Hyundai Service Support

Grappone Hyundai is looking for a full-time Service Support person to come join our team!

The ideal candidate:

- Emphasis on customer service

- Outgoing

- Team oriented

- Ability to work in a fast paced environment

- Flexible to adjust to daily department demands and assist the team as needed

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

- Rolling appointments

- Writing up guests

- Cashiering guests for pickups

- Calling guests and scheduling SOP appointments

- Service department email, reviewing and adjusting as necessary online/ Brooke appointments

- Answering overflow incoming calls

- SRC/TRAC care management

- Ability to perform walk around inspections

Hours are: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

A pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check are required of this position.
