In this role, you will work with NZ insurance companies to facilitate the replacement of consumer electronics through our store network. You will provide a high level of service & expertise in offering replacement products to insurance customers that have experienced a loss or damage to their products.  This role will liaise between the insurance companies, their customers and our store network to provide replacement items to their clients, providing a resolution for both parties.Based in our Support Office in Northcote, please note our team work a 5-day work week. Working 40 hours between Monday-Saturday, rotating the Saturday shift withn the team.
