Versant is seeking an experienced Integrations Lead to plan, coordinate, and execute enterprise-wide system and data integration initiatives that support business transformation, operational excellence, and scalable growth. This role will lead integration efforts across complex programs, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, finance transformations, and technology modernization initiatives, ensuring seamless interoperability across enterprise applications, infrastructure, and data ecosystems. The Integrations Lead will partner closely with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, engineering teams, cybersecurity, and third-party vendors to define integration strategies, establish scalable integration frameworks, and deliver secure, reliable solutions that enable business objectives. This role plays a key part in enabling strategic transformation initiatives, reducing operational complexity, and creating a connected technology ecosystem that supports business growth, efficiency, and innovation. Work EnvironmentThis is a hybrid position based in California and requires regular in-office collaboration with colleagues, stakeholders, and business partners. What You'll DoLead cross-functional teams in the planning, coordination, and execution of end-to-end integration initiatives across enterprise systems, including ERP, CRM, middleware, finance, and cloud platforms.Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define integration requirements, interface specifications, and data transformation rules that align with enterprise architecture standards and business objectives.Own and drive the finance integration strategy, ensuring architectural alignment and execution across enterprise programs and strategic initiatives.Partner with engineering and infrastructure teams to implement secure, scalable, and efficient data exchange mechanisms that support enterprise integration requirements.Oversee enterprise middleware and integration platforms, including SAP BTP, IBM Sterling, MuleSoft, TIBCO, and related technologies, ensuring robust, scalable, and secure connectivity across systems.Ensure all integration initiatives adhere to data governance policies, cybersecurity requirements, compliance obligations, and enterprise architecture standards.Lead end-to-end testing efforts across integration layers, including system, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing (UAT), to ensure quality and business readiness.Proactively monitor and manage integration environments, identifying and resolving issues before they impact business operations while driving ongoing optimization and performance improvements.Develop and maintain integration architecture documentation, interface catalogs, data flow diagrams, technical specifications, and operational runbooks.Support post-go-live stabilization activities and facilitate successful transition of integration solutions to operations and support teams.Manage integration risks, dependencies, timelines, and stakeholder communications across multiple concurrent initiatives.Provide leadership and subject matter expertise on integration best practices, emerging technologies, and enterprise integration strategy.
