Contribute to ongoing IT projects by performing tasks assigned by project managers or team leadsConduct research on new technologies, vendors, or IT strategies that could benefit the organization.Create and update documentation for IT systems, procedures, and training materials.Participate in training sessions and workshops, and shadow experienced IT professionals to learn from their expertise.
