Kaizen Technician / Maintenance Technician

Core Responsibilities:   Perform substantially varied and complex tasks to include design, fabrication, and installation of brackets, fixtures, carts, tables, racks, etc., required to support several autonomous manufacturing teams.   Drive safety, quality, productivity, cost, and Kaizen improvements within specified areas of responsibility.

   Participate in problem solving activities employing various problem-solving techniques (5 Why, 8 D, Cause and Effect, and Fishbone Diagrams, etc.) to drive problems to permanent corrective action.

   Perform cell audits and inspections.
