As Lead Patrolman/Foreman, you will be responsible for supervising field operations, ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and quality standards, and keeping our maintenance programmes running smoothly.Key responsibilities:Lead daily patrol and maintenance operations on the WWNOC South networkManage and coordinate field teams, ensuring safety protocols and work programmes are followedRespond to incidents, emergencies, and callouts on a rotating rosterConduct toolbox meetings, assign tasks, and oversee plant and equipment useProvide on-the-job training, monitor staff performance, and promote a strong team cultureMaintain communication with supervisors, managers, and stakeholders
