The Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) works under the direction of Licensed/Registered Nurses to provide care and improve patients' quality of life. Position HighlightsAssist patients with or perform Activities of Daily Living (ADL).Report changes in patient's condition, patient/family concerns or complaints to charge nurse and/or supervisor.Participate in the care planning process and provide care according to care plan.Answer call light or bell promptly, delivers messages, cleans areas of spillage or accidents. SHAREALN1 Qualifications:Successful completion of a state approved certified nursing assistant program. A minimum of a high school education or high school equivalency diploma is preferred. Must have a basic knowledge of computer use or willingness to learn. Must attend a minimum of 12 hours continuing education programs provided by the nursing center in order to maintain certification.
