Job Title: Line Cook

Job Summary:

We are seeking a line cook to join our culinary team. As a key member of our team, the experienced cook will collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure that our customers receive delicious, high-quality meals in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

-Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.

-Ensure that all food preparation meets food safety and sanitation guidelines.

-Assist in the development of new menu items and recipes.

-Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed.

-Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen during service hours.

-Monitor food quality and freshness, rotating stock as necessary.

-Clean and sanitize workstations and equipment after each use.

-Train and mentor junior kitchen staff as needed.

Requirements:

-Proven experience as a cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

-Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods.

-Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation guidelines.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Dishwasher:

Job Summary:

We are searching for a dependable dishwasher to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen by washing dishes, utensils, and other kitchen equipment. The dishwasher will play a crucial role in ensuring that our kitchen operates efficiently and meets food safety guidelines.

Responsibilities:

-Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans by hand.

-Ensure that all dishes and utensils are properly cleaned and sanitized before reuse.

-Empty trash containers regularly and dispose of waste in designated areas.

-Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing area and kitchen workspace.

-Assist with basic food preparation tasks, such as chopping vegetables or portioning ingredients, as needed.

-Follow proper sanitation procedures and safety regulations at all times.

-Cooperate with kitchen staff to maintain smooth workflow during busy periods.

-Perform other duties as assigned by kitchen management.

Requirements:
