Linux Kubernetes Systems Engineer

We are unable to sponsor for this permanent full-time Remote role Position is bonus eligible Prestigious Professional Security Services Firm is currently seeking a Linux Kubernetes Systems Engineer. Candidate will work on a mix of traditional on-premise datacenter and public cloud environments utilizing Puppet and Ansible for configuration management, Jenkins or GitLab for CICD, as well as the use of Terraform for IaC. would like to see a candidate that has built and maintained a Kubernetes cluster. Experience deploying and running virtualized and hyper-converged infrastructure, particularly vSphere and Kubernetes, and be familiar with agile SDLC practices and DevOps.

• Bachelor's degree and four (4) to ten (10) years related experience
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Operational experience maintaining complex production environments
• Operational experience with the following concepts and practices:
• Linux-based operating systems
• Operation and troubleshooting of complex production environments
• DevOps lifecycle and tooling including configuration management and infrastructure as code
• Deployment and operation of Hyper-converged and Virtualized Infrastructure / Software Defined Data Center components
