Maintenance Assistant

Reports ToThe Maintenance Tech will report to the Maintenance Director.  The Maintenance Tech position is a non-exempt, full-time hourly position.Salary Range: $23.00 - $25.00 HourlyJob OverviewAids in maintaining the community to be a safe, clean, and comfortable environment by conducting routine maintenance and repairs inside and outside the community, installing and servicing equipment, and preparing apartments for resident move-ins.If you have the skills and experience and can fix anything, our community has the job for YOU!
