Respond promptly and professionally to guest maintenance requests.Conduct general maintenance and repairs including:Basic plumbing, electrical, hydraulic, and air conditioning services.Minor repairs to furniture, fittings, plant, and equipment.Maintain external façades and high-traffic areas to ensure the hotels always look their best.Carry out scheduled preventative maintenance tasks.Work collaboratively with a supportive, knowledgeable engineering team.
