Candidates will be comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively while being a positive reflection of corporate values. Job Description: Essential functions:Investigate equipment failures or difficulties to diagnose faulty operation and to recommend remedies.Analyze the test results and change the design or system as needed.Direct the manufacture, installation, and testing of electrical equipment to ensure that products meet specifications and code.Investigate complaints from customers or the public, evaluate problems, and recommend solution.Work with project managers on production efforts to ensure that projects are completed satisfactorily, on time, and within budgetDevelop maintenance and testing procedures for electronic components and equipmentEvaluate systems and recommend design modifications or equipment repairInspect electronic equipment, instruments, and systems to make sure they meet safety standards and applicable regulations.Work Safely at all times including proper LOTO of machines and use of proper PPE.Promote 5S maintenance & improvements.Be a positive role model to the team.Make necessary and / or routine machine adjustments and to repair molding or related equipment in an effort to provide continuous production.To sample any and all new molds for production.To complete tooling changes that change the type/style of production.To maintain equipment daily as product condition dictates and make necessary adjustments to correct defects detected in production and unfreezing machines.To change or repair any machine part (s) which need to be replaced or as directed by the department manager.To provide routine servicing of machines as directed by the department manager.Responsible for following all safety rules and regulations and all procedures.Responsible for start-up and shut down of all molding equipment daily.Filling out all necessary paperwork properly and in a timely fashion.Able to set up and operate robots.Responsible for knowing how to operate all line machines and equipment in order to understand their function and repair them.Responsible for knowing and identifying all different styles of caps and their codes (i.e., S, RS, RM, RMX).Responsible for making tooling changes (size) within a reasonable amount of time (this includes: cutters, feeders, glues, hoppers, conveyors, and etc.).Be RESULTS oriented using visual KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators).Be multi-skilled to support team members as needed.Develop and follow the standardized work instructions to minimize machine downtime.Seek out assistance from department supervisor/manager/team leaders as required.Support and participate in continuous improvement efforts.Be a good listener and understand issues before coming up with solutions (root cause analysis).Familiar with operation of Fanuc, and Star equipment.  JOB TYPE: Full-timeWAGE PER HOUR: $23 - $25 per hour, depends on experience.IS THERE A SHIFT PREMIUM?
