Shift Available: 2nd Shift | 2:30 PM – 11:00 PMPosition Summary:

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs on buildings and equipment. This role requires hands-on skills across multiple trades—including painting, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and basic electrical work. Tasks may include replacing electrical receptacles, repairing sinks and toilets, patching minor wall damage, replacing damaged flooring, installing locks, and conducting routine maintenance on equipment and machinery.Key Responsibilities:Maintain and repair machines, mechanical equipment, and facilitiesTroubleshoot and fix minor electrical issues (per state and local requirements)Perform routine preventive maintenance and inspectionsPlan repair work using blueprints or diagramsUpkeep buildings and property to ensure safe, functional spacesOrder and manage supplies and parts as neededKeep accurate maintenance recordsIdentify when specialized trades are required and escalate appropriatelyOther Duties:
