As the Maintenance Technician, you will be assisting the Director of Engineering and the Assistant Chief Engineer in maintaining the building, plant, equipment, fixtures, and fittings in addition to safeguarding the asset to guarantee that it continues to be a safe, functional, and enjoyable space for all guests and other team members. You'll also make sure that all refrigeration and air conditioning equipment complies with regulations and is safe to use. Evaluating, repairing, and maintaining plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems in the building.Conduct daily plant rounds, identifying and noting any equipment that may seem or sound faulty for prompt repair.Perform maintenance on mechanical equipment and water reticulation to ensure optimal availability and reliability.Execute scheduled maintenance tasks outlined by the Hotels' Property Management System (PMS).Maintain accurate records of plant and equipment repairs and maintenance.
