Maintenance Technician

This role is ideal for someone experienced in a similar position who can confidently manage a wide range of maintenance tasks. You will support the day-to-day operation of the hotel by responding promptly to maintenance requests and ensuring our guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.What you will be doing:Assist with the day-to-day maintenance requests Complete daily plant rounds and identify any equipment that appears faulty or requires repairCarry out maintenance on equipment and water reticulation systems to ensure reliability and operational efficiencyLiaise with relevant departments regarding works in guest rooms and public areas, ensuring out-of-order spaces are returned to service promptlyAccurately record all maintenance tasks (completed and outstanding), including repairs and preventative maintenance schedules
