Job Description
Our team is going through an exciting period of transformation as we redefine our service delivery. You will play a key role in this transformation and work closely with our community stakeholders, employer partners and business leaders to support our Indigenous clients and open up the right employment opportunities.
Qualifications
Like our best performers, you will be a driven and energetic professional, with strong verbal and written communication skills. You will have strong community connections and experience leading Indigenous employment programs and knows what it takes to succeed. Your personable approach will assist to build strong relationships both internally and externally to drive outcomes for Indigenous clients.
You will also have:- Demonstrated ability lead a team in an outcome based environment toward high performance results;
- Ability to network with community stakeholders and employers to generate opportunities for our clients;
- Exceptional organisational and time management abilities to manage competing priorities;
- Highly developed negotiation skills; and
- Well-developed reporting skills.
- Current Police Clearance no greater than 6 months old (or ability to obtain).
