Manufacturing Process Engineer

About the role:Design, build and maintain mechanical fixtures / jigs used to support the requirements of production and materials handling. Work alongside Development, Operations, Planning, Quality and Stores teams to ensure Bills-Of-Materials (BOMs), routings and drawings are accurate and structured to suit the needs of production.Identify opportunities to improve the efficiencies of current build processes and reduce cost. Work with Development and Production teams to support the introduction of new products and product revisions.Prepare and maintain all mechanical work instructions and FAT- Factory Acceptance Tests in a consistent, structured, and standard format.  Troubleshoot electro-mechanical assembly issues including investigation of non-conformances, data analysis and providing corrective action through engineering change management.
