Exercise Physiologist or Physiotherapist to join our successful Workplace Rehabilitation team basedin beautiful Port Macquarie!This is an exciting time to jump aboard and join IPAR as we are growing so quickly with new referrals andestablished customers that want to keep working with us!

- Working with people who have sustained a psychological or physical injury, you will be responsible for delivering holistic, client centred services; assessing clients' needs, to developand implementstrategies to enable a safe return to their original employment as part of their rehabilitation.
- Some of the services you will provide include functional capacity evaluations, earning capacity assessments and pre-employment medicals
- early intervention assessments, worksite assessments, job task analyses, medical case conferences, ergonomic assessments and case management services (and other similar services) to assist injured individuals return to work with their pre-injury employer.
Qualifications
Like our best performers, you will be a driven and energetic professional, with strong verbal and written communication skills. You will have the confidence to utilise initiative to solve problems and achieve outcomes.
What you will need:- Full registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) or ESSA
- Allied Health Qualifications in Physiotherapy or Exercise physiology
- Experience in Occupational Rehabilitation (Highly desired but not essential)
- A passion for injury prevention, return to work, and the health benefits of work
- Current driver's license and motor vehicle
- Must be a qualified Mental Health First Aid instructor
