Operations Compliance Manager

The Operations Compliance Manager will be part of the U.S. Regulatory Compliance team, working closely with U.S. Licensing, Compliance, Operations, Product, and Project Management teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements across our Live Casino operations. The role is supported by Playtech's wider global Compliance team.This position requires a strong understanding of land-based casino operations and iGaming regulatory compliance, with a focus on bridging traditional casino practices with live dealer operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in monitoring regulatory compliance, developing internal controls, and supporting operational best practices.The position is based in the United States, with Eastern Time availability and flexibility required. Travel to Playtech's U.S. studios, as well as occasional international travel, may be required.
