Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Set up, program, and operate orbital welding systems according to proceduresPerform automated orbital welds on various materialsAssesses welds for conformance to visual and dimensional requirements.Positions and clamps together components of fabricated metal products preparatory to weldingWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear.The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.Consistently, regularly and predictably at work and on timeOther duties may be assigned as needed
