Summary: The Facebook Finance team is seeking a Finance Operations professional with account management experience. Reporting to the North America Collections Manager, this role will be key in driving revenue operations for specific accounts and in increasing customer satisfaction across tools, processes, and relationships. This is a unique opportunity to work with a wide variety of stakeholders to provide solutions on customer service, risk and financial operations for strategic accounts. The successful candidate has strong relationship building, communication and influencing skills and will work closely with the customer and sales teams in resolving escalated issues and complex customer disputes. The individual should be process driven with ability to identify process gaps and areas for improvement. The ideal candidate is also comfortable calling a customer to potentially collect funds, or driving a conversation to resolve outstanding issues. The individual is an enthusiastic and flexible team player but also a self-starter with ability to work on their own initiative. The role is operational and requires a person with a “roll-up-your-sleeves’’ attitude. A certain amount of travel will be expected.Required Skills: Order to Cash Business Partner Responsibilities:Provide dedicated relationship management to agencies to drive revenue and increase customer satisfaction

Independently manage complex relationship, both internal and external, and drive a win-win solution in collaboration with relevant stakeholders

Work cross-functionally with agency sales team to align on strategic business objectives/goals and support all areas of OTC

Attend routine sales meetings, participate in business development discussions and QBR sessions

Communicate/promote/educate new enhancements of META tools and system updates

Develop, implement and advocate for programs to improve customer experience (MediaOcean/Prisma)

Set the quarterly vision and expectations of collection escalation process

Meet with agency CFO’s and CMO’s quarterly to discuss state of business

De-escalate any finance related issues

Able to navigate uncertainties and is a self-starter with the ability to work on initiative demonstrating a learning mindset

Plan, lead and execute strategic initiatives that will have an impact globally as well as locally

Take ownership of non-revenue generating issues to free up the agency partner team

Up leveling the outsourced partner operations through analysis

Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications:Demonstrated experience communicating/presenting to groups of stakeholders

Experienced problem-solver who identifies root causes and scopes possible solutions

Proven record of customer service and interpersonal skills

Experience working independently but also collaborate effectively with global cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications:4+ years of experience in Financial Operations (i.e. accounts receivable, collections, credit)

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related field

Experience supporting Top 6 Agency finance and media teams

Experience working with an outsourced partner

Project management experience

Experience in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment
